Dr. Phillips Panthers JV nabbed the lead late in the game in a 2-1 victory over Lake Brantley on Wednesday. The game was tied at one with Dr. Phillips Panthers JV batting in the top of the eighth when #8 induced Felipe Montilla to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Ismael Avila struck out one, while Lake Brantley pitchers sat down ten.
